Premier League is Pointless (Again)
Let me just say it. If I could forfeit the Premier League, I would. It means nothing now. We’re not getting a European spot from it, and dragging Bruno, Yoro, and our first-teamers through these dead-end fixtures is just unnecessary. Rest them. Let them breathe. Play the kids. At this point, it’s just wasting legs for games that have zero meaning.
We just lost to Wolves. 0–1. At home. A Sarabia goal in the 77th minute. Nothing more to say. Nothing to take from it. And even though the performance wasn’t terrible, it just shows we don’t care anymore. We shouldn’t care either. Next match is Bournemouth. Already predicting a loss. I just hope we rest players for once. Athletic Bilbao is coming up, and with Sancet out injured, that’s our best chance to wrap the tie in the first leg.
Please Amorim. Play the kids. Please.
Striker Dilemma, Confusing Links
Then came the transfer drama. David Ornstein dropped a bomb saying United aren’t seriously considering Osimhen. A few hours later, Fabrizio, around that time, said we are looking at him. What’s the truth? No one knows. But honestly, why wouldn’t we be in for Osimhen? Perfect age, perfect profile, actual goal scorer. Yet our top target is Liam Delap. I like the kid, but 8 goals at Hull last season and 12 in the Prem now doesn’t scream United No. 9.
And here’s the problem. Who’s he gonna learn from? We have no experienced striker. No guidance. It’s another Rasmus situation all over again, just younger. This club needs a proper focal point. Until then, it’s just vibes and missed chances. Speaking of…
Dominant but Wasteful (Again)
We created enough to win. Garnacho alone crafted three solid chances and we missed all of them. No one in this squad is clinical enough. Dominance in possession means nothing when you don’t convert.
Cunha from Wolves though, that transfer is cooking. Reliable sources say it’s close, and honestly, I’d take him. He’s got energy, link-up, and flair. He’s not flashy for the sake of it, he gets stuff done. I think he fits well in that attacking midfield zone.
Just don’t try to play Mainoo there. I love him, but he’s not a 10. Doesn’t have that raw creativity or burst. I don’t even know where he’ll play next season. CDM spot as a CM? That role isn’t settled yet. Same with Zirkzee. Same with Amad. We’ve got so many talents with no set positions.
Debut Masterclass and Rotation Hope
Now let’s talk about a positive. Fredricson. What a debut. Looked calm, composed, like he’s done this every week. After a long injury layoff, he just slotted in and handled business. Academy heads were right. He’s got that pro feel. Give him more starts. Let him grow.
Bournemouth next. No expectations. I just want rest. Bruno needs a break. Casemiro. Yoro. Let them sit. Bilbao is the real goal now. Sancet is injured. They’re weakened. Kill the tie early, first leg. That’s the plan. Not this pointless PL hustle.
